Pros

a paycheck, healthcoverage (heath, dental, vision), employee discount for cellphone plan my mgmt actually cares and fights senior mgmt to keep staff that is needed to complete the jobs

Cons

senior mgmt doesn't care or acknowlege that their decisions negatively affect the employees senior mgmt doesn't seem to grasp that 1 person can not do 10 people's jobs and that the cost savings in salary and benefits of shipping a job out are usually blown on missed deadlines, mis-produced solutions, or errors in execution worrying every quarter if your job is going to be cut for a tech company tech is a very low priority, people are working with 5+ year old PCs and even older servers for which repairs have to be fought for or paid and then apologized for and FORGET about replacement

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
