Please take heed of the warnings here. This is a terrible company to work for, and after 8 years of excuses instead of reviews and increases, I finally gave up. I was placed on assignment and did such a great job, the client gave me a 15% increase in the billing rate, but I never saw it. When I asked the company they said "we don't have to give anything to you... we are keeping it all, and will consider it during your next review", which never happened. This company only cares about 2 things: their stockholders golf memberships, and how many billable hours they can get out of your hide for the least involvement and expense. Don't walk, RUN! far away from this company!
