      Pros

      Great healthcare benefits, locations all over the globe, one the biggest most recognized IT Consulting firms, work cell phone provided

      Cons

      Great deal of time between bonuses if any at all, large discrepancy between salary and employee performance expectation, no raises not even cost of living while management gets theirs, rarely enough resources to a project, lack of communication between management and teams, as well as internally between teams.

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
