      Pros

      The paycheck was pretty good (but never expect it to go up).

      Cons

      Where to begin. The company cares nothing about its employees or the quality of product it delivers to its customers. During the contract bidding phase, the business developers come in with a lowball figure that is impossible to meet just to get the contract and then slash comp for all pour souls involved to comply. I gave career opportunities 1 star, but honestly never even looked as I had no desire to stay there. Working for this company was a horrendous experience.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
