Pros
Used to be a company where one could expand his/her knowledge base and learn from co-workers. Also used to be a company that rewarded it's employees who contributed.
Cons
About 10 years ago, a 5% salary decrease occurred. Most employees have never recovered that 5%, because only a 1% increase has been given since. Bonuses used to be given to those who went the extra mile on a large project. No bonuses anymore. Managers used to receive a 30% bonus at the end of each year, as long as they met their goals. Those bonuses were taken away a few years ago. Health insurance premiums tripled about 5 years ago and continue to increase every year. Every year, there is something new that the company takes away from its employees. As well, no one can keep up with who their current VP is in their organization, because there's a new VP every 6 months. All of this is happening while employees are pressured to work 60+ hours a week (no pay beyond of 40 hours, of course).
