      Pros

      There are some talented people at CSC, but they're not in the ranks of the senior management. Salaries on the way in seem competitive, but there's not much progressions.

      Cons

      Company being stripped bare, cutting staff numbers and costs to shore up the share price. Devastating to morale. The company has now got rid of so many staff that it is unable to staff bids effectively, so proposals are going out half-baked. In the event that business is won, it is unlikely that there will be sufficient staff to deliver on the promises. I do not see that merging with (similar) HP ES is going to improve on this prognosis.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
