      Pros

      If you are a strong individual you will do very well at CSC. Career advancement is very strong in my experience and strong employees do very well. There are opportunities in delivery, support, project management, business development, consulting as well as many other areas. And people are constantly being moved to other accounts, roles, responsibilities. Very good company if you are flexible and can take the heat!

      Cons

      This is a fast paced company where expectations of employees are high. If you can't say "no" then you will be overworked. Need to be comfortable with being an individual contributor as opposed to constant praise and feedback.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
