      Pros

      Multiple locations to choose from as most of the work is performed on the client site. Salary is average to above average, depending on one's negotiating skills. The company is willing to pay as their overhead is fairly low due to most engagements are on the client site. Another pro is that they are willing to sponsor clearances, on a case by case basis.

      Cons

      Benefits are below average, to say the least. Public transit is not reimbursed.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
