      Pros

      Pay and benefits are above average. My group had flexible work schedules, some telecommuting opportunies, and pleasant working environment. A lot of your satisfaction working at CSC will depend on your immediate management level.

      Cons

      My company was part of a CSC acquision. In general, the transition was made with benefits and salary grandfathered. However, after a period of time, these were made consistant with CSC standard benefits packages. There have been salary cuts and freezes, as well as forced vacation and frozen accruals. At this time, I would be hesitant to join the company as a new hire.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
