      Pros

      Excellent place to grow if you are a technical minded person. Chances to earn additional college credit and industry certifications if encouraged.

      Cons

      Management is frequently incompetent and blames subordinates for mistakes that they could not have possibly have made. Management in positions requiring masters or higher college degrees filled with individuals with only high school diplomas but were promoted because of 'friends' in HR and demand for personnel. Entry level candidates are strongly scrutinized for experience and college achievements.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
