      Pros

      Creative, talented employees who work hard. Some very interesting opportunities to work on. Some good customers. Excellent access to developmental information and computer-based training.

      Cons

      Very difficult to maneuver through organizations - information is shared if you ask, but you have to know who to ask. Too much one-directional communication; employees are not asked for their opinions, nor are they often considered when management makes decisions. Some "good old boy" protectionism going on. HR - very ineffective in dealing with employee relations issues.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
