      Pros

      Lots of internal opportunities, if you're willing to dig in and look for them. Large company with significant resources.

      Cons

      Things can get crusty. Recommendations for internal improvement get filed away in the 'ignore-forever' cabinet. All efforts must be charged to a particular project, which can become onerous when some tasks don't cleanly fit into any given project (and pretty much guarantees that internal development just doesn't happen). Boring culture for a young professional (stodgy, starchy).

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
