      Pros

      Base Salary (but not bonus or benefits) Smart people at lower levels Incompetent management Can always come back (many have left, failed and were welcomed back with open arms)

      Cons

      Poor bonus program (non existant for a marority of the company) Eliminated pension program even though it was optional and partially employee funded Where do they hire half these people from???? Non existent reevant training Many people "faking it"

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
