Pros

Pro: The checks usually come on time. Some of the middle managers bend over backwards to compensate for the idiocy of the upper managers

Cons

Con: less concerned with doing the right thing by customer and employee than they are the profitable thing and then are unwilling to compensate for that. No real training opportunities. Timelines are not set on best practices, but on some artificial construct enabled by some slick used-car salesman who throws out the baby with the bathwater because they don't know true costs, either start-up or continuing support.

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
