      Pros

      There can be a flexible work schedule while working here. On my team, we could step out during any time of the day if we had a valid reason to. Teleworking available for certain projects. You can work from home if your project allows it.

      Cons

      There has been talk about promotions to me and my colleagues for some time before but we're still waiting. You don't have much say about it either unfortunately. I also feel like within a team, certain people can be stuck doing way more work than others.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
