      Who ever in good contract area - (luck) they can live in comfort

      Cons

      Benefits are poor. Management is poor...Customer delivery is in poor quality... I was in a good company made good profit and grown in fast speed... which was acquired by csc...they changed management without reasons...did not invest money for technology improvement...lot of bench people from different center allowed to bill in this good project...slowly our area center went to death bed... not only my project...i heard many more stories like that from my known people in csc

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
