      Pros

      Excellent co workers, and lots of opportunities to take your career in different directions both on the business and technical sides. Compared to friends that have worked at other consulting and systems integration firms, I've always felt like CSC did at least as well and often better then Accenture, Deloitte, etc. in terms of keeping us happy.

      Cons

      The travel could be difficult, especially if you have a highly desired skill. Also, consultants in the field also need to be aware of their in-office perception as well, and when you are traveling all of the time it can be a challenge to check in regularly (in person) at the home office.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
