      Pros

      Work life balance,training university with excellent resources,initial pay, brand value(outside of india)

      Cons

      No goals set for the performance measurement,partial rating system which leads to stress of not being recognised and appreciated,pay structure used be awesome and not anymore.cannot expect proper hikes.Managers are least concerned about the career growth of the employee and less bothered about the quality of work delivered to the clients .

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
