      Pros

      CSC offers tuition for any level degree program. They also have an online training system an e-library (Books 24/7) so keeping up with technical skills is seamless.

      Cons

      CSC is a wonderful company to work for when your utilization is high. When bench time presents itself it can be risky depending on your skillset. Keeping up with technology and being diverse is a must when being employed by CSC.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
