1. Worst managers. Incompetent in technical skill and pathetic people skill. 2. In CSC there is no term as project management it is just resource management which happens here. 3. If you are good in technical, you will be the ONE who will have to work for the whole account. 4. NO Career Growth No pay hikes. But there is a way out start licking to your senior managers and you will get everything in CSC. Sooner you start the earlier you will see the change. 5. Worst HR management, i can bet that you can not find such a badly manged department anywhere in the world. 6. There is lot emphasis on trainings but the quality of these training is so pathetic that you can not stand them.
