      Pros

      The employees are experienced, talented and often underappreciated. Many move on to greener pastures with other companies.

      Cons

      Employees are just a number affecting the bottom line. Constant revolving door of management. Due to the antiquated forced distribution raise system, most employees do not receive a promotional increase yet leadership continues to collect millions off the backs of those who actually perform the work. Many fear when the next layoff is coming - they will be replaced by younger, lower salaried hires. Also, the Company tends to oversell and under deliver its offerings due to lack of resource pool. Rumors of buyout continue.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
