1) Good work life balance, 2) Salary comparable to best in the industry, 3) Good learning opportunities for people starting in career.
Cons
1) Sr. Management decisions are not transparent. 2) Incompetent people are promoted to Sr levels, which cause discontent in honest and hardworking employees. 3) Appraisals process is worst in many cases because of the structure CSC India has promoted, where work and feedback is controlled by on-site manager and actual promotions and increments are given by off-site India manager. This cause a disconnect because person who is seeing your work is not appraising you and person who is appraising don't have any idea about your work. 4) Changing teams or technologies is very very difficult. 5) Buttering or licking can take you higher than your doing your work honestly.
