Pros
Opportunity to work on interesting projects with colleagues across the globe. Even as it declines, the company is still quite large and this offers a lot of different opportunities for personal growth on interesting projects.
Cons
The company hasn't operated properly in a lot time. The new executive team put together a decent transformation plan to try to fix things but they are trying to do it on the cheap and the execution is quite poor. The Washington Business Journal has done a fairly good job of capturing the missteps. Added to this, the executive team is extremely short-tern focus and, for lack of better description, has a distain of its own employees. The company too often tries to hit its next quarter numbers on the backs of cutting benefits for employees or future growth. They are running out of ways to keep this going.
