Malaise by remaining people who feel like survivors of substantial downsizing and cost cutting at expense of employees. Little to no bench to support new services or sales. No sales discipline to qualify opportunities. Sales organization is constant revolving door including leadership who are saddled with unrealistic quotas create bad behavior. No communication by executive leadership pertaining to the future. Continuous reduction in quarterly revenue is coupled with culture of ongoing personnel reduction. No focus on revenue growth or creating a sales culture. Remaining personnel must wear lots of hats to keep company afloat.
