Pros
Initial compensation was fair, excellent coworkers, lower level management works hard to keep you employed (transferring you to a new position if current one ends).
Cons
Trying to maximize profit by squeezing it out of workers. Forced unpaid overtime, no yearly pay raises, forced vacation, eliminating the ability to work from home and forcing workers into three "centers of excellence" spread across the country.
