      Pros

      tuition assistance-This is the only nice benefit that the company has not cut.

      Cons

      Higher Management is cutting everything to save money and get better P/E for stockholders, but the company is forgetting that they are in the service industry and the people that work at CSC are the ones making money for the company. They are constantly cutting vacation and health benefits to save two cents and cost the works 5 cents.

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
