      Pros

      The CSC employees I work with are bright and motivated, and really seem to care about doing a good job.

      Cons

      The Etes app (online app to enter timesheets) needs some work. At my level I saw no positive impact of their vertical and horizontal restructuring undertaken last year. In fact I never did find out who the person is that is supposed to help find another project to work on when my current one ends.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
