      Pros

      Did you get a degree and got a bad GPA? Are you bummed out living at your parents house? then the CSC global graduate program is for you. They will give you a fraction of your market value and move you to a cool new city to do menial work not related to your degree.

      Cons

      A large amount of coworkers lack english speaking skills The internal software is hilariously outdated Lack of career advancement and responsibility to younger employees Communication is almost non existent Training and management guidance is severely lacking

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
