Pros
* Work-Life Balance when on the bench, nobody is bothering you while no projects are on. * HR is very helpful and supportive when troubles/problems/needs arise outside of work. * Open to bring new ideas in and follow them up until it happens on the client side
Cons
* Lack of management in the middle management level * People laid of, because there is no clear structure in acquiring new projects * Marge is set to high from the HQ in Germany, in order to penetrate in new markets or to win new projects * Non existent knowledge base of accomplished projects / know-how * More technical people and projects, instead of strategy and business advice on client level * Not so great internal culture between the different sites in Switzerland
