      Pros

      Salaries were OK. They employ a lot of people and have quite a few contracts. Many of the employees try really hard to stay positive despite the daily beatings.

      Cons

      Horrible inter-company communication. Way too many layers of bureaucracy. Zero concern about employee work-life balance. 401K plan options suck. They pulled me in with a promise of a pension plan, and then a year later just decided they weren't going to do it any more and bought everyone out. Horrible and pricey benefits. I have worked for several government contractors over my 20+ year career, and CSC is by far the worst.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
