      Good for short term of 6 months to 1 year to join with good salary Work Life balance is ok

      Cons

      1).Weak Sales team and senior mgmt. as no projects are coming to India 2)To cover the weakness of sales team and senior mgmt. they start firing employees instead of getting projects to India 3).Not good to join if you are looking at stability and growth 4).Poor appraisal process 5).Weak Resource Management Group and HR who are least bothered about employee progress and company growth.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
