      Pros

      Good Learning Environment - one of the best Work Life balance For freshers it is a very good place Freshers should stay in the company at least 5 years to make a mark

      Cons

      - Generally poor competency of Managers covering from middle to top management - Do not how to recognize good talent - Over a period of time, they have become very less transparent - Provident Fund that is supposed to be paid by Employer is actually deducted out of Employee's salary and then shown as company's contribution (this is not told but when one resigns then he/she comes to know)

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
