Pros

Initial salary was competitive, offered tuition reimbursement, flexible schedule.

Cons

Raises are pathetic to nonexistent (3% is considered a "good" raise). The forced "bell-curve" review system is draconian at best, in 2014 they changed their 401k match such that you only get it if you stay with the company the entire year. They expect managers to have at least 30 direct reports, and managers rarely if ever actually meet the people they manage. This means they cannot write effective performance reviews, and these ineffective performance reviews inevitably mean no raises for the employees.

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
