      Pros

      Located at a Embassy Golflinks in Bangalore and is good place to work if you find the right domain that aligns with one's interest and team.

      Cons

      New grads are not given an option to pick the projects that interest them and are not even allocated to domains based on the skill-set of the candidate. Not the right job for a new Computer science graduate who is looking for a developer's role. Management is not flexible when it comes to moving to a different project or team.

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
