      Pros

      Training is great Exposed to many new cutting edge technologies

      Cons

      Mandatory vacation, and can't take it until you accrue it...must wait till June if you wish to take a week off. If you value time with your spouse and/or family you should not take this job, you will be traveling possibly Sunday-Friday night and at a minimum of Monday - Thursday night for 1-2 years straight without any week of remote work. PM's and Architects promise clients the world yesterday when not truly knowing the amount of work needed. Management could care less about your family life, they are just looking out for their bonuses

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
