      Pros

      Great Work Life Balance, Good for people mid level people because most of the projects/products are old and support not much technical challenge, domain/product knowledge is preferred over technical Good onsite opportunity. So its good for people who just want to come office spend there whole day in peace and go back home. Some of the P&C projects have very good onsite opportunities.

      Cons

      Legacy projects mostly support work, Average 4-9% hike, Nothing much to learn technology wise. Salary wise growth will be very linear. You can always expect a hike between 4-8% not more than that.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
