      Pros

      The Company gives you a chance to do what you can do. You can succeed or fail based on your abilities not some support infrastructure. The bureacracy is minimal at CSC. When I joined CSC from a government bureacracy I found the culture at CSC refreshing. I was given an assignment without exact instruction as to how to execute and I flourished in the environment. It is noteworthy that many people who leave CSC for apparent better opportunities come back after a period of time. Of course, the come back if they left on good terms.

      Cons

      It's an all consuming job. You spend your life on company goals and if you are successful the upside is substantial.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
