      Pros

      Large company gives some advantages with regard to benefits like professional development and generous tuition reimbursement. The yearly review process is well structured and fair though the implementation of their policy of a small raise and a bonus I question. A previous company did the same thing - 3%-5% raise (same for almost entire company) and a bonus for your work the previous year but CSC was a lot more stingy with that bonus (not just my opinion).

      Cons

      As an off-site employee, the communication from CSC was not very good. Felt cut off from the rest of the company. Vacation time is not enough. Not enough opportunity to advance - at least not in my career field.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
