Pros
The company provides good training opportunities. Their access to 24x7 books online is a valuable resource. It's a good place to start a career.
Cons
The company is bureaucratic and focuses too much on process and not enough on results. The benefits are awful. The health insurance options provide high deductibles and poor coverage, the 401k Matching is only 1.5% and vests over _5_ years. Salary increases are abysmal -- even for the highest performing employees. There are severe limits on the amounts of raises and bonuses are non-existent. The company's internal infrastructure is slow and outdated. For a computer services company, it's amazing that it's important internal services will not even work on Firefox -- try printing a paycheck on anything but Windows IE. They will not mail you a paycheck stub either (how's that for a minor annoyance).
