Pros
Quick and seamless on-boarding with overview of the company, benefits, culture and vision for the future. computer, desk, benefits, training and interaction with staff and leadership beginning day one. Ease of tool and system use and quality guidance if/when asking questions. Great benefits, great people to work with who share a common vision and purpose, clarity of goals and how I and my team link to those. Good definition of accountability and open / encouraged around empowerment. Received two professional training opportunities (certification) quickly and welcomed and embraced by my team as well as those around me. Good networking opportunities to get to know others and build relationships. Also excellent interaction with leadership in round-table and off-site lunches to interact, exchange ideas and communicate. Book club in part of the culture (prof dev). The physical premise is also up-to-date and a pleasure to work in with several amenities open to staff, clean lunch rooms, stocked galley, catered lunch from outside vendors, free popcorn and so on. Dress is casual and comfortable.
Cons
Some migration transition of tools from one system to another (eLearning / LMS) was new in the organization so getting educated on their location, use and navigation took some trial and error. This was minor compared to all the Pro's.
