Pros
- Casual dress - Unlimited vacation - Flexible schedule - Diverse project work - Donuts and bagels on Fridays - Free popcorn - Great people
Cons
- Lots of reorganization - Unqualified people in management roles - Unknown job stability due to continued reorganizations and "position eliminations" (aka layoffs) - Focused on moving positions overseas because it is cheaper - Expected to do more, with less - Lack of meaningful merit increases (2% and less) and bonuses - Lack of recognition for upkeep of core systems. If there isn't issues, this is a GOOD thing and doesn't mean these people are not doing their job. - Unfair on-call policies for US based employees, since overseas employees have laws protecting them or they receive on-call pay that the US employees don't get - Lots of former Conagra management favoritism. - Pay ranges are on the low side of median market ranges
