They have lost a few big clients and their Ascendon product is going downhill. Lots of people have left in the past few months, including many employees in my team who have worked there for many years. They have also laid off many people. Your hardwork is not rewarded, not even with a thank you. Bonuses and increments are so tiny. Very limited growth opportunities, promotions are rare. Lots of politics and back stabbing. People with no management skills have been made managers and they have no power in their hands.
