Company is behind the curve - horrible - Senior Software Developer CSG Employee Review

- Horrible company culture, one department looks down on the other. Lots of cliques at the company. There are three guys who go to the bathroom all at the same time, its the weirdest crap ever. - If you weren't there when these clowns fooled the parent company to buy them 8 years ago, they treat you like a complete outsider. Most of them aren't even strong skill wise and were just there at the right time. - Company is so bad they were advertising referral bonuses for non-employees (meaning anyone can refer someone to CSG) because the people there were un-skilled therefore only knew other unskilled people. The messed up thing is everyone thinks they are a genius there.
