High turnover recently, replacements are all in India - Software Engineer CSG Employee Review

Its a large corporate company so its hard to see how your efforts contribute to the bottom line. There has been a lot of turnover in my division over the last year, and all positions are being backfilled in India. Our workforce is now over 500 strong there. While I understand the desire to save on costs, off hour meetings and a total loss of personal connection with your coworkers makes for a very uninspired environment. Also it seems that only the lower level employees are being hired there, director and above are still mostly US based.
