Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits, work from home, mostly good people on the teams.
Cons
No room for growth, especially in the US. Cost cutting is the name of the game and putting money in shareholder pockets is all that matters. Good people are leaving and will continue to leave. CSG could be a GREAT company if they would care about all employees, not just where they can hire, cheaper. The budget constraints are stressful. Also, psychological safety makes a difference. It's hard to feel comfortable when you're always worried about layoffs. It's slowed down, but so many great employees are gone. They tell you to forge full steam ahead, don't fear failure, blah blah blah. But if you do fail, you can kiss your job goodbye.
