Pros

*Great company culture at the corporate location in Jacksonville *Great Midtown Location-very convenient-Sky rise with a beautiful view *Some great team members aboard in the Atlanta & Jacksonville offices *Mike Israel (CSI Tech’s Greatest Asset) makes sure he keeps the business coming in Jacksonville and a great work ethic.

Cons

*Micromanagement/no autonomy-Do not ask to work remote. The answer is no. *Leadership in the Atlanta office is severely lacking. The current manager does not know how to communicate effectively and actively using one of the only senior recruiter to communicate with the team about everything -down to your performance. *Manager avoids having direct conversations especially with people of color. *Promotes current staff into positions they are not qualified for leaving the recruiter team to “roll with the punches” while they figure it out *High turnover-fired several top producers with no plan of action for recruiters after they left. CSI Tech division is constantly changing. Recent management changes. *High burdens=less money for you as a recruiter *Minimal accounts *Constant payroll blunders *Accountability is for people who they do not favor or that doesn’t make the top dollar

Pros

Long term contracts, good pay, remote and on site work options, if on site you are able to travel home often (how often depends on the client), request time off, they pay for accomadations if you work on site.

Cons

no holiday pay unless you have a certain amount of hours accumulated, which is fair.

Pros

Good opportunity to gain first-time experience

Cons

Low pay, does not increase by more than $1 over time. Hourly pay was decreased due to "operational needs" after 3 years
