Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry that you had a poor experience working for CSI. We try hard to make this an inclusive environment for all employees and we hire people with all types of backgrounds and experience. It's true that there can be long hours. Some of the most successful people at our company will attest that as a result of long hours they earn well over six figures. Long hours get rewarded just like all salary+commission jobs!
