Pros

Could be a really cool company, they are owned by the same parent company as indeed +glass door.

Cons

-Average base pay is WAY lower than the market staffing average (You can get more money at any staffing company+ that company most likely is remote.) -CSI boasts about its great culture and perks. Their leadership and senior executives are VERY cliquey which creates a terrible culture, and their perks would have been cool in 1990. Nobody cares about ping pong tables and an onsite gym. Employees want more money and remote capabilities. The only people who enjoy the perks+ benefits are the ones who are making 250-300k+ a year and who enjoy coming into their kingdom. -NO REMOTE. They say "Hybrid", but leadership will dictate when and if you can take any remote days. If approved, no one is allowed to be remote on Mondays and Fridays. Remote days are almost looked down upon like taking a PTO day. It's incredible how many former employees left CSI for remote opportunities with higher pay, yet CSI did nothing to change. They would just say "They weren't a culture fit" -The company has no clear 5-year plan, changes every other month. Opens offices and closes offices every other year. -The benefits are terrible. No PTO and high prices. The Maternity benefits are nonexistent. -Company has given way too much power and control to a few senior leaders who create a terrible working environment. There are about 5-6 employees who are at 10+ years in tenure, the rest are >1 year, absolutely no one at 3-8 years. That should tell you everything you need to know. These leaders are very old school and will never change to fit the current working conditions of competitors/ other organizations. -No career advancement opportunities. No raises

Pros

Long term contracts, good pay, remote and on site work options, if on site you are able to travel home often (how often depends on the client), request time off, they pay for accomadations if you work on site.

Cons

no holiday pay unless you have a certain amount of hours accumulated, which is fair.

Pros

Good opportunity to gain first-time experience

Cons

Low pay, does not increase by more than $1 over time. Hourly pay was decreased due to "operational needs" after 3 years
