      the only pro is the wellness plans. the gym is cool.

      Cons

      micromanaging, too many office politics, burnout, managers don’t listen they only listen to sales ppl. they promote only if you work out and butt kiss. no diversity just overall annoying company

      Low pay, does not increase by more than $1 over time. Hourly pay was decreased due to "operational needs" after 3 years
