      CSI provides top-tier facilities, resources, tools, information, processes, and talented support staff for their employees to be successful. There is no “cookie-cutter” mentality here that people need to mold to as CSI hires people for what they do well and allows them to do exactly that. Truly an exceptional and well-oiled organization.

      None that apply. CSI is truly the best.

      Older management doesn't always understand benefits for younger people such as tuition reimbursement or remote work

      Pros

      Good people, always busy and fast paced, they give us free food here and there. Family oriented vibe

      Cons

      They don't know how to manage their jobs correctly. There's so many people involved in 1 job and no communications makes the rest work hard. A lot of people that take advantage of the leaders. Take longer lunches and come in late and leave early but are not reprimanded.
